Two things I never knew: that the use of “TK” indicates something to come: a name to be filled out, a link to be placed, etc. In other words something the author needs to go back and fill in later. This is easy in a dedicated writing tool like Ulysses but I found out recently that it’s also supported in the Ghost editor.
If “TK” is used anywhere it’s flagged in the margin of the editor:

If there are any TKs left in the text a warning will also be triggered when you go to publish a post:

Neat feature! No idea how long it’s been there but handy to have.
